Tolo TV is a television station launched in October 2004, it has become one of the first commercial stations in the country and has laid the foundations for a means of communication available, offering a large collection of programs. Chain is now more popular in Afghanistan television. It was first launched in Kabul but in November 2007 , and relayed in 14 Afghan cities in free-to-air and satellite throughout the region. His sister channels are: Tolonews live TV and Lemar TV . It was the subject of a documentary film of the year 2012 called The Network, produced by Eva Orner . The film garnered international recognition in the Heartland Film Festival 2013, where it won the award for best documentary.
